Crazy Americans, you're wearing fall jackets!

After our arrival, Ice inspects our "warm" coats. "That’s what you’re wearing?" she asked at one point? We agree, and bought scarfs. (Later renting coats). She asked here, "Are all American’s as crazy as you two?" Do we look prepared for 10 degree weather (F) and 30 mph hour wind gusts. (The windchill was probably around -10 F)
