Suicide Bag?

Things that Make Me Laugh: We had quite a laugh when we found this little bag in a drawer in the bedside stand in Tokyo. Since we can’t read Japanese, we had no idea what exactly this was. A suicide bag?? (Actually, according to my friend, it is a bag to put over your head to get out of a building in case of fire. I’m not sure if I believe her, but even if that’s true, its still pretty funny.) Tokyo. Japan.
