Yumbu Lhakang Monestary

Overlooking Yumbu Lhakang Monestary and the Yarlung Valley, possibly the oldest building stills standing in Tibet—-reportedly originally build by Nyatri Tsanpo, the first Tibetan king, in the 2nd Century BC. (Note the colorful pile of prayer flags on the left side of the photo).
