Right Now: I’m Learning The Ropes On An Australian Cattle Station
I’m living on a homestead on Deep Well Station in Central Australia, working as a cook. Every so often I get out to play with the cows and learn the ropes of station work. From left to right Bill, me, Russell and Billy, after an early morning drafting and ‘bang tailing’ cattle.

Get a proper hat! A cook aye? Well it’s a long way from Borneo and you look like you’re having a fat time. Make sure you try Bulls Testicles BBQ’d before you leave. They are fantastic.

Any chance you saw “Hollywood, I’m Sleeping Over Tonight”? I think your life is no less documentary than that of the guy in the film.
You could be winner of any film awards easily. But, yes, get a proper hat.
